Horus e-Portfolio

All Foundation doctors in England use the Horus e-portfolio.

The e-portfolio provides Foundation doctors with a simple way to collate their assessments; document meetings with their supervisors; record their personal development plan; and demonstrate that they have met the required curriculum outcomes. However, the e-portfolio can also be used to showcase work that has been done over and above the baseline requirements.

The Portfolio provides the structure and paperwork (forms, templates etc) to help individuals understand the process of their training and plan their development. It also includes the formal assessments that must be completed together with guidance about other evidence that might be submitted to demonstrate competence.

Trainees and Educational Supervisors can access the e-Portfolio at https://horus.hee.nhs.uk/login
